Atul Kulkarni born on 10 September 1965 is an Indian film on-screen character who has acted in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi and English dialect films.
Kulkarni won the National Award for the best supporting on-screen character for the movies Hey Ram and Chandni Bar. He is additionally the leader of Quest, an examination activity association focusing on improving the nature of training.
